Validity Of Offer, Conclusion Of Contract, Order
For all deliveries and services of the Sportagon GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Sportagon called), legally represented by the Board of Directors, on Goods from the online shop sau.chshall apply exclusively to these terms and conditions. The prices may change at any time without giving reasons and changed. For business customers, different terms and conditions apply.

Shipping information

Partial deliveries
Sportagon is entitled to make part-deliveries, if this is reasonable for the customer. For subsequent deliveries, the shipping fee is not applicable.

Defects
