Free delivery in the whole of Switzerland

The shipping of all products and orders from CHF 50.- The value of the order free of charge to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All of the products from the warehouse we ship with the Swiss Post as a PostPac Economy. For shipping with PostPac Priority, a surcharge will be required. Larger packages are delivered via DHL.

Today, up 13 PM ordered, delivered tomorrow

For all of our own stock products, the following applies: All 13 PM incoming orders (Monday to Friday) will be shipped on the same day and usually within two to three days(Economy class) or on the next day (Priority) to the delivery address.

Pallets and cargo over 30kg

Particularly heavy items will be shipped with a freight forwarding company. The delivery company agreed with the buyer in advance by telephone, an appointment for delivery. Please note that deliveries will be made only up to the curb. Additional Services such as floor deliveries are chargeable and will subsequently be charged additionally.

Landfilling of packages in front of the door

In case of absence, it may happen that the Post office the package deposited in front of the door. If a Deposit is not desired, you can enter in advance by telephone or by E-Mail with the Post in contact (Tel. 0848 888 888, e-Mail kundendienst@post.ch). The corresponding Changes are then stored in the System of the Post.

Delivery abroad

We only deliver in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. While Collecting shipping addresses in Liechtenstein, the country of Switzerland must be selected.

Transport damage

The package will be tested on receipt carefully and notify us of any damage immediately.
